1. Nature of Products
All items available on this website are non-physical digital goods. These include downloadable software, license keys, activation files, and digital usage units.
No physical shipment occurs.
AI Tokens are digital consumable units that are used within a customer account for predefined addon-related functionality inside supported products.
Products may be updated, modified, or discontinued for future OpenCart releases if they become incompatible with newer major versions.
2. Digital Delivery
All purchases are delivered electronically. Delivery is considered complete when one or more of the following occurs:
- a download link is provided
- the product appears in the customer account
- AI Tokens are added to the account balance
Most products are delivered instantly after payment.
Purchased products remain available in the customer Downloads section for up to 24 months.
Installation instructions are included in the product archive or provided on the product page. If instructions are unclear or issues arise, customers may contact support.
3. Licensing
All software is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
Products may not be resold, redistributed, or shared outside the licensing terms specified on each product page.
Unless stated otherwise, each purchased product may be used on a single OpenCart installation. Multiple domains are permitted only within a single OpenCart multi-store setup.
4. Software Requirements
Before purchasing any extension, module, or theme, customers are responsible for verifying:
- OpenCart version compatibility
- server and hosting requirements
- third-party dependencies
Compatibility cannot be guaranteed in modified or non-standard environments.
Some products may include third-party open-source components (such as libraries, fonts, or images) that are distributed under their respective licenses. These components are included solely to facilitate functionality and installation. If you believe any content violates a license, please contact us.
5. AI Tokens
AI Tokens are a type of digital consumable product.
- Tokens are credited to the customer account after purchase
- Tokens are used for predefined AI-powered or addon-related functionality
- Token usage is governed by the rules of each supported extension
- Tokens do not expire unless otherwise stated
- Tokens are non-refundable once successfully delivered (see Refund Policy)
6. Payment & Pricing
Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is available separately on the website.
8. Account Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, downloads, license keys, and AI Token balances.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not:

- attempt to bypass licensing or activation mechanisms
