Refund policy

All products offered by Cl!cker Extensions are non-tangible digital goods delivered electronically. Because digital items cannot be physically returned, refunds are available only in the limited circumstances described below.


1. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be granted if:

✅ A digital product was not delivered
(e.g., download link not provided or product not added to the customer account).

✅ The product is faulty or unusable, and the issue cannot be resolved.

✅ A duplicate payment was made by mistake.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

❌ The digital product was delivered successfully
❌ The product was purchased for the wrong OpenCart version
❌ The customer changed their mind after purchase
❌ The issue is caused by third-party modifications or extensions
❌ The product is incompatible with a custom or non-standard environment
❌ The product description was misunderstood


3. AI Tokens

AI Tokens are digital consumable items that are credited to the customer's account after purchase. Once successfully delivered, AI Tokens are non-refundable.

A refund for AI Tokens may be granted only if:

  • AI Tokens were not credited to the account due to a technical error
  • a duplicate purchase occurred

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and may vary.
